Philipp J. Butler Ransohoff, LL.B., RA

Philipp J. Butler Ransohoff advises family entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses on all aspects of corporate financing and succession and asset management. He is also active in advising private clients. A further focal point of his work is the consultancy of tax proceedings.

He has been admitted as a lawyer in 2019 and worked as a defence lawyer for a renowned law firm specializing in commercial law and criminal tax law until the incorporation of Lüdicke & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.

He studied at Bucerius Law School (Hamburg) as well as the University of Minnesota Law School (USA) with a focus on tax and accounting law. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the chair of Prof. Dr. Drüen at the LMU Munich on a topic of international tax law.
