Annika Tiemann-Plebuch focuses on advising family businesses and private clients on tax issues of national and international tax law as well as the law governing non-profit organizations. Her advice includes aspects of corporate, foundation and inheritance law. She assists clients with judicial and extrajudicial tax dispute proceedings.

Annika Tiemann-Plebuch was admitted as a lawyer in 2023. She already worked for Lüdicke & Kollegen as a research assistant and during her legal traineeship. Prior to that, she was a research assistant in the tax law practice group of a major international law firm.

She studied law with a focus on tax law at Westfälische-Wilhelms-Universität Münster and is a doctoral candidate in the field of European tax law (Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Prof. Dr. Roman Seer).
